10/10. I went from having a flat to four new tires (I needed new ones anyways) in a couple hours.They had the tires in stock, the service was incredible and they put them on my car before I could finish my 30min show. From start to finish I talked to multiple people and they were all friendly, patient, and answered my many questions. Will absolutely be my tire spot going forward. Shout out to Josh and Luis. Killed it.

This review is just about the 1 employee, and not the company as a whole. I went in Friday around 4:45pm to get my fiancé's tire filled up with air, due to a slow leak that he's had. He wanted to have me ask if they would also check for a possible flat repair. I was told that the back 2 tires were still in the green, about 5/32" or 6/32" tread left, but the front drivers side was in the yellow, and the front passenger tire was the lowest in the red 1/32" left in the innermost part of the tire, as being so low, they would not do any repair to it, and it would need to be replaced. The salesman recommended that I get 2 new front tires. When I called my fiancé to let him know what the salesman said about the tires he was shocked, and couldn't believe that the tires were as bad as they were saying. When I was looking at and touching the tires, there seemed to be no way on the tread that any part of the front tires were as low and bad as he was implying. As I continued to talk to the salesman, saying that I just would like the tire to be filled up with air, he asked me twice, what can I do to help you leave here safely. Fortunately I got the tire filled up with air/ the others checked

My salesperson at Discount Tire was extremely helpful and gave me the exact information I needed to get my tires. He recommended the same tires he got for his mom and grandmother - you can't beat that! I have had very good luck with the tires I get from Discount Tire over the years, and if I have any problems, they are fixed immediately. The customer service is the very BEST. That is the main reason I keep getting my tires there. I can totally depend on them to keep me rolling down the road safely. I tell all my friends to go to Discount Tire for the best value and excellent customer service. They will fix any flat for free whether you bought the tires from them or not. Why? Because they want your business and will continue to earn it year after year. Tires are a very important part of the overall vehicle and it's safety. The guys at Discount Tire are experts and will keep you safe. Thanks for what you do!!! :)

They put on new aftermarket wheels and tires for me recently. The process of ordering online with the virtual fit checker up to the install appointment was seamless. The team was professional and got me in and out within 45 min. Everything was awesome and things feel good with the ride.

Updating my previous review: after the issues with my car, I contacted management, and the team took full responsibility, fixed everything, and reimbursed me for the damages. Management even mentioned having a meeting with the staff, which really showed me, as a customer, how important quality and accountability are to them. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to make things right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what truly matters is how a business handles them, and they absolutely stepped up. Management was professional, responsive, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. It’s rare to find a place that stands behind its work and takes accountability the way they did. If you ever have any concerns, I highly recommend reaching out to management. They genuinely care about their customers and work hard to make things right.
